So, with much investment and effort gone into generation of resources to destroy existing ones, can we expect an outcome? Forget petrol; access to and affordability of food, clothing and shelter won't make millions like me run helter-skelter! Sushma? Jaya? Mamta? Karuna? Sena? Left? Right.
