Bombay's billion, ever heard of your next door neighbour, Sangli and it's surrounding villages? Hell nah, it isn't upmarket, is hundreds of kms away and reeling under a truly, badly, deeply severe drought this year! How about diverting water from our own empty (!) swimming pools, olympic pool, kids pool, ozone (what?!) pool etc, into waste water (!) treatment plants of our neighbour?
