Dear Mr.Obama, perhaps you don’t realize that an entire stretch of Bombay from suburbia to the South of the city has been cordoned off for your VACATION visit for two precious days, inconveniencing millions of (PARAMOUNT!) citizens of this city during the Diwali festival which happens once a year! BTW, Sire, did USA follow similar traffic rules when Mr.Manmohan Singh came a calling in Washington DC?
