it's not without coincidence that "Lashkar" and "Sena" mean the same. one divides on basis of religion. the other, basis language and region.

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

All that matters. Chandigarh or Bombay. Prime Minister's cavalcade or the common man's autorickshaw. Ambulances and those at OUR mercy scream for life!
lets continue to divide and rule, lest the terrorists make us forget another 26/11.
Bombay. There's little we can do about it.
politically speaking, cattle class.

Tuesday, November 10, 2009

26/11 or 9/11! there's truly something about November. for terrorists (with)IN and (with)OUT.

Monday, November 9, 2009

lingua frankly, what about learning to speak the LANGUAGE of humanity, huh, huh?
the evil within. we persist against a silent 26/11 each day.
Global Warning Warming up to fairy tale beginnings of "once upon a winter".

Of convoys and arm-wielding guards: I am insecure by my commonness. I die a Z Plus death each day.

Wednesday, October 7, 2009

The buck stops here: we, the citizens, give rise to anarchy when we exercise our franchise basis religion, region, language, caste and racial considerations.
Advocates of son-of-the-soil ideology drive an Audi. Audi is German. Hmm, well, nothing official about it!
At times, youth in politics can be an extremely dangerous proposition. More so, when their ideology is based on the divide-and-rule tactic.
Recession won't be over and done with until such time the incessant human greed for power, perks and money continues to exist (grow?)

Monday, October 5, 2009

Tweeting cow(ards); either cattle-class or fodder (scams!)

Monday, September 21, 2009

Indians' penchant for CLASS and SUBSTANCE disappearing as swiftly as the mangroves (??) of Malad.

Sunday, September 20, 2009

for a DEEPLY SHALLOW generation next : hollywood-way-of-life only ends up in a rehab.
falling in love is easy. keeping up to commitments is easier.
on occasions a little less than one (!), austerity is practised. at all other times it is appreciated.
everyone wants to be an MBA. nNone wants to be a Master of Business Administration.

Tuesday, August 18, 2009

Rachel Weisz.
Liv Tyler.
The 20-somethings of today think committing (and repeating) mistakes one after another is cool and its their birthright to get away with any shit. I'd scream they're just another piece of poop! Unbelievably me. Ho-hum! Me. The Manager.

Sunday, August 9, 2009

(Mere) Fair & Lovely is incomplete.
What we’ve forgotten is that despite fame and money, the Hollywood-way-of-life does not offer people anything beyond depression, anxiety and loneliness!
Even as the West starts to adopt the Indian way of life, we’ve started to lose direction.
Living independently is good. Living together is better.
As against a commonly-held belief, the youth of today is the most disoriented of the lot.
India needs a leader. Not necessarily an economist.
We seem to be losing the taste for substance and class!
I’d say, common sense has become uncommon with MBAs who have become a wee bit common!

Thursday, August 6, 2009

common sense seems to become uncommon even as educational accomplishment continues to grow.

Tuesday, August 4, 2009

Truly sad to witness the lure of money overriding values we stood for!

Friday, July 31, 2009

there are even BIGGER (and more important!) issues in India that aren't much to GAY about. child? women? aged? education? healthcare?

Wednesday, July 29, 2009

What's about the texture? Not Fair, yet so Lovely!

Friday, July 24, 2009

Continental treat: what’s the brouhaha all about?? Kalam did nothing beyond writing morally right good books and attending inaugural functions while fully enjoying all the fruits of a presidency post-retirement

Wednesday, July 15, 2009

Do people attending a training program really have an inclination to do so?
A corporate meeting is more about driving home a point about one's own SELF (superiority?) to others, than sorting out issues and taking up new agendas, for which the meeting had been convened!

Monday, July 13, 2009

Taking a (one night) stand. Everybody wants (do they, really?) a commitment. None wants to be committed.

Thursday, July 2, 2009

Love (?) and commitments (?) of India's most well-informed generation next. Imagine 24 hours of togetherness (?)!

Monday, June 29, 2009

Leo's heartfelt tribute to the legend:
BLACK AND WHITE of a Jackson. We remember them only after they're dead and gone in HISTORY!

Sunday, June 21, 2009

She's here, finally. The Fiat Grande Punto.
there are many things that go to make a complete man. what you "wear" seems to have become everything.

(mere) looks can kill. on quite an occasion, they do so for life!

Monday, June 8, 2009

Everyone says they’re right. On little less than one occasion, they’re right!
leometry: the outstanding feature in a Hindi movie awards function; all proceedings happen in English.
leometry: the only positive aspect about India’s growth (?) is that the rich continue to grow richer.
leometry: The United States of America is the most powerful and able nation on earth. It has been unable to capture Osama Bin Laden.
leometry: role models (?) who RU(I)N our lives. Refer page 3 of Bombay Times. Am sorry, Bombay.
leometry: Truly Madly Deeply (in love?). The couple, together, was lost in the crowd.
leometry: fashion in VOGUE: only style (?), none substance.

Sunday, May 31, 2009

Leometry's Art of Doublespeak: concern on non-ethical treatment of animals was expressed over a sumptuous non-vegetarian meal.

Friday, May 29, 2009

marital commitments (?) on the rise in India. Imagine 24 hours of togetherness!
leometry: Thanks Rahul. You saved Indian democracy’s tryst withanother BSP (BHARTIYA/BAHUJAN) SENA PARTY!
leometry: Thanks Rahul. You saved Indian democracy’s tryst withanother BSP (BHARTIYA/BAHUJAN) SENA PARTY!
leometry: the DEEPEST impression Page 3 creates is one of SHALLOWNESS.
Hmmm, nice. But then, Bombay is “Not Just Jazz, By The Way”
Why did Zidane settle for a mere headbutt?
Even the IIMs do not guarantee sensible talk.
Of temples and mosques. Not much a matter of faith to those who matter little.
The saddest thing to happen to Indian television. Laughter shows!
Everyone is raring to unbutton at the drop of a Levis!
Leometry: Bosses will always remain so. True. After all, it takes a man to be a leader.
Leometric calculus. There are some things Indian can’t buy. For everything else, there’s Danny Boyle. (He portrayed us as) Slumdog and (became a) Millionaire. Spare a thought.
Cosmetic enlightenment: fair & ugly.

Saturday, March 14, 2009

(mere) looks can kill. on quite an occasion, they do so for life!

Friday, March 13, 2009

all beauty (?) queens in thin air: wasn't Mother Teresa a "role model" in world beauty pageants a few years ago?
NEVER judge a man (and a woman) by the qualification he (or she) holds.
what they don't teach in B-schools: practice HRD in real life too!
No Slumdog fantasies, only pure thrill: how about a posthumous Oscar award for "Jaane Bhi do Yaaron"?
The only ignorant part about our generation is that we know (?) everything of everything.
Disoriented role models for a disoriented generation.
Bombay isn't about Slumdog Millionaire (s) at all!
(Slumdog) Millionaire "Deal"! : but Oscar awards are all about Public Relations, aren't they?

Thursday, March 12, 2009

leometry: but then, didn't Rehman's ROJA have better "(yeh) haseen vadiyan" and much more " (yeh) khula aasman"?

Sunday, March 8, 2009

global warming hasn’t much to do with the climate, as it has to do with our karmas!
india needs a leader. not necessarily an economist.
ramayan is the most beautiful story ever told.
bourne identity: why ape the WEST (and) try to be that someone we can never be ?
culture curry: the white “genteel” lady at the airport looked extremely elegant in the (truly) indian salwar kameez!

Friday, February 20, 2009

we're always, rarely mobile - how about taking a break from the SMS way of life!

Saturday, February 7, 2009

Friday, January 16, 2009

technology has shrunk the world. only distances have widened!

Wednesday, January 14, 2009

pay least heed to "grievances" of those around. they're the ones who don't quit the organization!

Monday, January 12, 2009

contemporary indian authors are not worth the read. dickens is better.
